Chris Mariotti, the lead songwriter of the LA rock band Edgar Allan Poets has reviewed my song “Your Opinion” on the band's website. Chris is a fine songwriter and musician and not surprisingly his review is notably insightful and evocative. They note that “the bass…moves quickly on the notes and sinuously supports the rhythmic foundation of the song…” and observe that “The lyrics are irreverent and direct” and are “the protagonists of the track”. I give major props to Chris for coming up with the word “sinuously” to describe the bass line, which is probably my favorite part of the track musically. For more, read here:
